Enable CC (Closed Caption) on ZOOM recordings for others to be able to view.
Question:
Why is not CC (Closed Caption) option showing on ZOOM recordings?
Resolution:
Sign it to ZOOM
Recordings
.
Click on the recording you would like to make a change to.
Click on
Share
on the top right.
Make sure “
Viewers can see transcript
” is on.
Done
