The StarID is a username specific to each student, faculty, and staff member of Minnesota State, which includes Anoka Ramsey Community College and Anoka Technical College

— and it changes everywhere
The StarID is two letters, four numbers, and two letters, e.g. "ab1234cd"
Faculty, staff, and students are all assigned a Minnesota State StarID
