Faculty-Staff Device Request

Overview

Faculty and Staff can select among the following request options:

  • New Employee devices:
    • Supervisors can enter a request for New Employees campus and/or telework technology requirements.
  • Loaner-Telework support:
    • Faculty-Staff can enter a request for Loaner devices to support technology needs on campus or from telework location.
    • Loaner equipment is available for pick up during Service Desk Open Lab hours.
  • Lifecycle Replacement review:
    • Faculty-Staff can enter a request to have the lifecycle of their assigned computer reviewed and replacement options identified. 
  • New Hardware purchase:
    • Faculty-Staff with departmental approval can enter a request for additional technology equipment, which may include: desktop or laptop computer, tablet, monitor, docking station, printer, or scanner.
