Tech Tutors provide one-to-one support for online learning tools including D2L, Microsoft 365, and other department-based software.

Ask a general question related to technology services provided at ARCC / ATC


Request installation and/or purchase of software to be used on state-owned computers.

Request new desk phone, reassign an existing desk phone or request configuration changes to your desk phone

Request computer lab and classroom software required for academic purposes

Submit a ticket to get something technology-related fixed that is not working right.

Request a network jack be activated to allow your computer network connection via an ethernet cable

Anoka Ramsey and Anoka Technical employees can request remote access to a virtual private network (VPN).

Be directed to the StarID Self Service portal to activate or reset your unique username.
